Matthew 16:16-18
     16 Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
     17 Jesus Replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, fir this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. 18 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gate of Hades will not overcome it."

John 4:23
     23 "Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks."

Acts 2:1, 14, 41, 42
     1 When the day of Pentecost came they were all together in one place.
     14 Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, Let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say."
     41 Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.
     42 They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

Hebrews 10:24, 25
     24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.
     25 Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another-and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
