ACTION STEPS

These are some specific items that will help facilitate our ability to enact the vision, mission, and strategies already stated:

• Men's/Women's class every 2nd and 4th sunday (Morning class at 9am, worship 10am to 12nn, the responsibility for leading it will rotate among the faithful men (at least 2 per week) and there is no expectation for people who have attended the morning worship to attend this because we don't want burn-out).

• Men will need to volunteer on monthly basis to lead the different parts of service, we will post this in bulletin and on bulletin board (i.e. class teachers, communion, announcements, song leader, etc). Song leaders should have their selections picked out in advance so they can be noted in weekly bulletin. Each Wednesday night for one month at a time we will practice a new song (contemporary) and then the following month add that to or worship song rotation (can get ideas from the youth).
